Great R & D achievement in NGC Marine Company
In the very beginning of New Year, a piece of good news flied to Nanjing High Accurate Marine Equipment Co., Ltd.Four products, such as NCP controllable pitch propeller, etc, were awarded with high-tech products certificates issued by Science & Technology Department of Jiangsu Province. The technical index and structure of these four products are of domestic leading level: NCP120 CPP currently is the largest one in China with the maximum transmission capacity to 55.4kW/rpm, and the maximum propeller thrust to 110t; NFT275 FPP tunnel thruster is now the largest one in domestic market, with the maximum transmission power to 3000HP and the blade diameter at 2750mm, CGS marine gearbox is featured with large bearing thrust, high bearing capacity, good stability and so on, and under the same working situation, CGS can be smaller and lighter than the traditional products, which in turn reduce the cost; CKV CPP marine gearbox is the type of gearbox which is matched with the controllable pitch propeller, and the arrangement of CKV gearbox is totally new, i.e. one CKV input could be fitted with two to four output. Even though it is a down time of marine market, NGC marine makes a good use of this period to improve itself in R&D and management, and some of our new marine products have made breakthrough progress, which make NGC more and more competitive in marine market.
