A framework agreement on strategic partnership was signed between Siemens (China) and Nanjing High Accurate Marine

On May 6, 2013, a framework agreement on strategic cooperation partners was signed between Large Transmission Department of Siemens (China) Industry Drive Technologies Group Co., Ltd. and Nanjing High Accurate Marine Equipment Co., Ltd. (鈥淢arine Company鈥�), a subsidiary of Nanjing High Accurate Drive Equipment Manufacturing Group Co., Ltd. (鈥�NGC鈥�) in the Marine Company. Based on this agreement, the two sides established a strategic partnership in the fields of marine equipment R & D, manufacturing and service and so on, formed the strategic alliance through their competitive advantage in this field, and had the leading position in designing, manufacturing and corresponding to electronic control system of marine equipments through the cooperation of both sides. This agreement is the further strategic co-operation between the Marine Company and Siemens after two sides established a strategic alliance last year.

The agreement had detailed description in terms of cooperation method, scope of cooperation and content of cooperation; in addition, the two sides also discussed about the high profile visit, co-branding, etc. With the establishment of strategic partnership between them, both parties will certainly be able to achieve a win-win situation in the principles of mutual benefit, good faith cooperation and common development and on the basis of combination of the two and complementary advantages.
