With maximum transmission capacity at 55.4kW/rpm and the propeller maximum thrust at 110t, NCP 120 type controllable pitch propeller is regarded as the propeller with biggest transmission capacity and thrust in China. NFT 275 type FPP side thruster with the propeller diameter at 2750mm, is becoming the biggest thruster in domestic market, whose maximum transmission power is 3000HP; CGS marine gearbox is featured with big thrust and reliable stability, etc, and under the same work condition, it could be one grade lower than the traditional product, in this way, the weight of the gearbox is highly reduced and the cost is also cut down. CKV type marine gearbox, matching with controllable pitch propeller, is arranged with one input and two to four output, and this type of gearboxes are innovative, compact and competitive in price, etc.

NGC marine company has been awarded with nearly 40 national patents and owns a series of its own marine product through the increasing investment into R & D, and its core technology of the propulsion system is in the leading place. Till now, more than 700 sets of marine propulsion and transmission equipments including CPP, FPP, azimuth thruster, tunnel thruster, main/auxiliary gearboxes, etc, and most of them are for exportation. It is a good foundation for NGC to become a top manufacturer of marine propulsion and transmission equipments based on the successful designing and delivery of these four types of products, it breaks the monopoly of the imported equipment in our marine market, and it helps to improve the domestic vessel allocation rate.
